North Country Charlize Theron

Charlize Theron stars as a sexy, intriguing and compelling lead character in her movies. She’s an actress that has captivated audiences for her amazing performances. If you’re looking for some hot and sizzling films, then look no farther than Theron. Here, you’ll find some of her best films.

The first movie I am going to discuss is called The Burning Plain. This is a film starring Charlize Theron, who played the role of lawyer Vitelli in the film. This role was done in 1995 and the movie itself lasted for three seasons. The film is about a young woman who goes to a mental institution after she is accused of involvement in a string of murders. Due to the fact that she was”emotionally unstable”, the guards outside the mental institution do not allow her to depart. She later finds herself in a burning plane, and here, she must confront her enemies.

In the next movie, Charlize Theron again stars as Vitelli, this time at a biopic about jazz musicians. This film was directed by Guy Ritchie, who at the time was nominated for an Academy Award for his contribution to the movie Fantastic Four. The movie did not get any Oscar nominations but it did acquire three Golden Globes for Best Picture and Best Director. Following the award, director Wes Anderson said that he would like to have been picked for an Oscar rather than Charlize Theron. He further stated that he feels that the movie deserves the award instead of Charlize Theron.

The next film that I am going to discuss will be Ghost Town. This is one film that I believe to be among my favorites out of the seventies, if not the whole decade. It stars Roger Ebert and Gene Wilder as a pair who rob a bank so as to feed their starving family. There is some strong acting involved as well as some terrific one-liners in this film.

The next Movie on the list is Annabelle: The Movie. This is the second film starring Charlize Theron, the first being Monster. While I liked the first movie more than I liked the second, I feel that the second one was successful. But I will not mention any of that because I wish to concentrate on the lead character of Annabelle, which I found to be incredibly sad. I’ve always liked the role of Annabelle, which is a little known story about a young woman who’s left paralyzed as a child due to a freak accident that takes place in a clinic.

This was another film I was pleasantly surprised by, although it did not receive the same critical acclaim as the previous film. However, despite the lacking critical acclaim, it still went on to make over $1 billion worldwide, which is pretty impressive. Regardless of what your stance might be on the topic, I am certain the United Nations Messenger will make its way to at least a few awards at this year’s Oscars.

Another possible Oscar contender is Spy, which stars Matt Damon and directed by Ben Affleck. In my opinion, Spy ranks up there with The United Nations Messenger and Annabelle: The Movie, but I have to admit I was a little underwhelmed by this movie. It is largely in the same genre as those two movies, but it just did not fulfill the standards of those 2 movies.

Finally, there is another potential Oscar contender that I am quite curious about, that’s the drama The Shape of Water. This movie stars Michael Douglas, kaleidoscope manager Jordan Vogler, and directed by Scott Affleck. The Shape of Water received rave reviews from just about any review website and blog that were written about it, and it even received a number one rating at Rotten Tomatoes, which is always a good sign. I expect this film to get several Oscar nominations, and I also expect it to win Best Picture at the Oscars in the upcoming year.
